Project Manager – Project Finance

About the role

The Project Manager – Project Finance will lead the structuring and execution of medium‑ and long‑term project‑finance transactions within the Corporate Investment Banking division of Attijariwafa bank. Reporting to the Project Finance team, the role focuses on building a pipeline of investment‑project financings and coordinating all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Identify financing opportunities, evaluate project risks and design appropriate financing structures.
• Review credit submissions, negotiate financing offers and oversee the preparation of legal documentation with clients.
• Organise lender meetings, manage advisers, maintain client relationships and supervise the work of the project officer.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, project management, business or engineering.
• Minimum eight years of experience in project finance or a similar senior role.
• Proven expertise in project‑risk analysis, financing structuring and legal documentation, with strong negotiation abilities and fluent English.
