Project Manager – Temporary Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a temporary contract basis in Agadir‑Ida‑Outanane, Morocco. The role involves planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up procurement and HSE processes to secure equipment and facilities for trial development.
• Manage small and large CAPEX portfolios, using OpEx (Six Sigma) methodology to demonstrate benefits.
• Create, track, and close project demands in the PPM CAPEX tool and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Develop tenders (RFP), evaluate comparative tables, and select contractors or suppliers in line with Syngenta standards.
• Generate, monitor, and close purchase orders in SAP Ariba and control yearly invoice costs.
• Track project schedules, licenses, permits, and ensure compliance with city council regulations.
• Maintain HSE and legal requirements, update asset lists, and support the HSE department to achieve Goal Zero.

• Track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and quality assurance principles.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Knowledge of project‑management best practices and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
