About the role
We are looking for a Project Procurement Professional to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. In this role you will ensure the timely availability of products and supplies to support sales operations, contributing to our mission of pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze supply needs based on sales forecasts and stock levels.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and monitor order status.
- Ensure on‑time delivery by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing shortages or overstock.
- Prepare and analyse reports on inventory, open purchase orders, and supply planning.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and finance departments.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply‑chain processes.
- Good communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
