Project & Service Value Manager – IT & Banking

About the role

The Project & Service Value Manager combines project management and service value management to deliver IT and banking solutions. Depending on client needs, the role may focus on project delivery, service performance, or both, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects and services in the IT and banking sectors, meeting scope, quality, timeline and budget targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into clear deliverables and service specifications.
• Coordinate activities across local, remote and offshore teams, managing resources and dependencies.
• Track performance against KPIs, SLAs and service level agreements, reporting status to clients and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support smooth hand‑over from project delivery to operational service when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, service management or client delivery, preferably within IT or banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Understanding of Service Level Management, SLAs and KPIs.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
