About the role
The Project Support Consultant will work under the Head of Programmes to assist the Strategic Development and Management unit of the IOM Morocco mission. The role focuses on supporting project development, reporting, partnership building, and event organization across migration, development, and protection initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to projects across three thematic pillars.
- Assist in preparing reports, monitoring project progress, and ensuring data quality.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and coordinate training events.
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform data entry for decision‑making.
- Coordinate weekly/monthly task schedules with the Head of Programmes.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in project support, administration, or coordination within an international or development context.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of documents and data.
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity to work under direct supervision.
