Purchasing Officer

About the role

The Purchasing Officer supports AXA Global Business Services Morocco by handling day‑to‑day operational activities related to order management, budget monitoring and reporting. The role contributes to continuous improvement of tools and processes, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal rules.

Key responsibilities

• Order Management: enter and track orders in the SD2 tool, manage receptions, perform invoice matching, verify compliance with internal rules, and escalate anomalies.
• Budget Monitoring & AXA GO Interactions: collect budget, cost and volume data from AXA GO/IT, prepare follow‑up tables, adjust budget contributions, and alert stakeholders on variances.
• Reporting & Consolidation: produce monthly and quarterly reports, update commitment, accrual and depreciation files, and create dashboards for finance stakeholders.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: maintain operational documentation, contribute to standardisation of reporting templates, and participate in back‑office process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the SD2 order‑management tool.
• Experience collecting and analysing budget data using AXA GO.
• Ability to prepare and format tables according to finance templates.
• Strong attention to detail for data quality and documentation.
• Fluent communication in English for regular interactions with IT and finance teams.
