QA Automation Lead – Playwright (Casablanca/Rabat)

About the role

SQLI Group is seeking a QA Automation Lead to drive quality across a rapidly evolving eCommerce ecosystem. Based in Casablanca or Rabat, you will lead a distributed, multi‑country team and ensure robust testing practices for a global digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall QA strategy for the eCommerce platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple locations.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.
• Coordinate API and end‑to‑end testing across micro‑service architectures.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to integrate quality into CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional QA experience.
• Proven strategic leadership in QA within complex, distributed environments.
• Strong background in eCommerce projects spanning multiple countries.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
