QA Engineering Intern

About the role

Join Jobzyn, a next‑generation recruitment platform, as a QA Engineering Intern. You will work on both manual and automated testing across a suite of products, including a public web app, internal back‑office, AI copilot, chat playground, and voice‑AI stack. The internship offers hands‑on exposure to modern testing practices and the chance to grow into automation, AI evaluation, and observability work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, regression, and bug‑reproduction testing on web and voice‑AI products.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for Next.js, React, Node.js, and Python services.
• Evaluate AI agents for correctness, safety, and regression on prompts and tools.
• Conduct voice‑agent quality testing (latency, transcription accuracy, conversational flow).
• Collaborate with engineers to design testable APIs and module boundaries.
• Extend observability layers, create alerts, dashboards, and regression tests.
• Read and write code, file detailed bug reports, and influence feature implementation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable with careful, methodical manual testing and exploratory techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
