QC Compliance Coordinator

About the role

Every day, Pfizer’s unwavering commitment to quality ensures the delivery of safe and effective products to patients. In this QC Compliance Coordinator role within the Quality Control function at PGS El Jadida, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance activities, quality systems, data integrity expectations, GMP/GLP standards, Pfizer Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and follow up on Global SOPs and work instructions, ensuring updates to the Pfizer Quality System.
• Approve QC SOPs, enforce strict laboratory procedures and GLP requirements.
• Ensure data integrity by applying ALCOA principles and performing frequent GEMBAs and risk assessments.
• Manage LIRs and QARs, supporting timely closure of quality system actions.
• Support QA with CCRs and QARs, implement Notification to Management procedures, and act as an EHS committee member.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, capacity planning for IMEX deployment, and oversee nitrosamine impact assessments.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and cGLP requirements.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, planning and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (e.g., Empower).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data analysis tools and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for problem solving.
