QMS Specialist

About the role

Join TE Connectivity as a QMS Specialist, supporting quality management activities across analytics and audit disciplines. You will maintain the site Quality Management System, conduct internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site QMS in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer‑specific and corporate requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and perform internal system, process and product audits, and follow up on findings.
• Prepare the site for third‑party certifications, surveillance and recertification audits, providing evidence and facilitating interviews.
• Manage nonconformities and corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methods such as 8D, 5 Why and PDCA.
• Support implementation of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) and monitor process performance indicators.

Required profile

• Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar quality‑system role.
• Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and apply problem‑solving techniques.
