Quality Analyst

About the role

Join TE Connectivity as a Quality Analyst and work with diverse teams to ensure product and process quality in the automotive sector. You will maintain the Quality Assurance System, interact directly with customers, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 and customer‑specific requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for customers on quality issues, handling complaints, audits, and communication.
• Monitor internal and external PPM performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead 8D problem‑solving activities, prepare reports, and verify effectiveness of actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as Control Plans, Quality Improvement Plans, Failure Catalogues, and PPAP submissions.
• Conduct internal process and product audits according to IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Support CoPQ and PPM reduction initiatives and participate in new project launches and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Up to 3 years of experience in automotive quality assurance.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and French).
• Ability to work in a team and follow EHS and environmental legislation.
