Quality Customer Engineer

About the role

KOSTAL is seeking a proactive Quality Customer Engineer to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality issues, driving improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with industry standards within its Moroccan manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis of customer‑claimed parts (Km.0 & warranties) and review results.
• Promote preventive and corrective measures in product design or manufacturing processes in coordination with Plant Quality, Production, Processes and R&D.
• Develop daily tasks aligned with the company’s environmental policy and objectives.
• Track incidents, evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions, and coordinate contingency actions while monitoring economic impact.
• Lead product modification approvals, audits, and customer visits.
• Define and manage EOLT release protocols and processes.
• Drive PSW, PPAP, and ANPQP activities for new modifications/releases, ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Industrialization or Quality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, customer service or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or other quality management systems and problem‑solving tools.
• Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
