Quality Engineer – Customer & Process

About the role

Join Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco as a Quality Engineer focused on customer and process quality. You will play a key role in ensuring that wind turbine blade manufacturing meets both customer expectations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and internal standards.
• Act as the primary interface for customer quality topics, including complaints, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead root‑cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective.
• Analyze quality data, KPIs, and non‑conformities to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure ISO quality management system compliance.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate performance to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or Quality Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in customer, process, or supplier quality management is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
