Quality Engineer

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead product quality control and manufacturing process activities. The role involves supervising the audit team, handling customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all product quality control and manufacturing process activities performed by the audit team.
• Issue audit action plans to improve quality ratios and meet expected standards.
• Process customer complaints in collaboration with other departments.
• Oversee the application of EOS systems and related procedures.
• Analyze customer product quality requirements and ensure their management.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes together with the Engineering Department and communicate any anomalies.
• Collaborate with engineers to define and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bac+5 or equivalent engineering degree in a technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving techniques.

Required skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with EOS quality systems.
• Quality control and audit management.
