Quality Engineer

About the role

Versigent designs and delivers electrical distribution systems for vehicles, robotics and energy platforms. As a Quality Engineer you join a global, diverse and collaborative team working on high-sophistication compute and sensing products. You will direct and supervise the product quality control and manufacturing process activities of the audit team, and issue audit action plans to improve quality ratios and meet quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer complaints are processed in collaboration with other departments and manage them
• Oversee the application of EOS systems and procedures
• Analyse customer product quality requirements
• Evaluate the manufacturing process together with the Engineering Department
• Validate means of production and control and ensure periodic equipment inspection plans are implemented
• Develop and implement audit and control plans
• Keep documentation under control and up to date

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Quality, or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or one year of experience in the automotive industry or a similar position
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Knowledge of quality standards
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills, availability, proactivity and a sense of responsibility

Required skills

• Problem solving using 5 Steps, 8Ds and fishbone methods
• Knowledge of quality standards
