Join a global leader in high-tech electrical distribution systems. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our products and manufacturing processes for the automotive, robotics, and energy sectors.

Missions principales

• Lead and supervise product quality control and manufacturing process audits.
• Manage customer complaints and implement effective resolution strategies.
• Apply and maintain EOS (Engineering Operating Systems) to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze quality requirements and evaluate manufacturing processes in close collaboration with the Engineering department.
• Propose and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with audit and engineering teams to improve quality ratios and meet strategic KPIs.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in quality engineering within an industrial environment (Automotive or Electronics preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and audit teams.
• Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented professional.

Competences requises

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) & EOS application.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective Actions.
