Quality Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Management System (QMS) for our automotive manufacturing site in Salé. You will ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and statutory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the QMS, define quality strategy, objectives and KPIs.
• Lead, develop and empower the quality team and support the global quality organization.
• Monitor production stability, drive product and process quality improvements.
• Report performance, risks and improvement opportunities to executive management.
• Manage customer and supplier quality, complaints, audits and satisfaction.
• Act as central interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, including C‑level.
• Handle non‑conformities, root‑cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Approve and safeguard processes, products and changes (sampling, engineering changes).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards (ISO, product safety).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in automotive manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing international teams.
• Strong knowledge of automotive production processes and quality standards.

Required skills

• Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance.
• ISO standards compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949).
• Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Root‑cause analysis and corrective‑preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• KPI monitoring and data‑driven performance improvement.
• Audit planning and execution (internal and external).
• Product safety and conformity (PSCR) responsibilities.
