Quality Systems and Audit Analyst I

About the role

Join a global leader in manufacturing as a Quality Systems and Audit Analyst I. You will support the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensure compliance with customer‑specific requirements, and help drive certifications such as TISAX and IATF.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and standardize procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation in line with QMS/CSR requirements.
• Plan, organize, and lead internal process and product audits to ensure full system compliance.
• Lead problem‑solving activities for quality‑system gaps using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and PDCA.
• Monitor audit performance, drive continuous improvement of audit results, and ensure readiness at all times.
• Coordinate the effective closure of audit findings and act as the key interface between departments on quality‑system topics.
• Support proactive risk management and have authority to stop production or shipment in case of major risk.

Required profile

• Bac+5 degree in Quality or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of core quality tools and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving knowledge and audit‑performing experience.
• Leadership ability to gather teams around common objectives.
