Quality Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Technician to join our industrial production team. You will work closely with operators and engineers to ensure product quality meets both internal standards and customer requirements, supporting continuous improvement in an automotive‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in quality problem solving using root‑cause analysis, 5 Why, Ishikawa diagram and QRQC.
• Monitor internal and external non‑conformities and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Inspect and verify product quality on the shop floor according to internal standards and customer specifications.
• Update quality documentation and support internal audits.
• Track key quality indicators (FTT, PPM, scrap rate) and propose improvement actions.
• Support Lean/Kaizen projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Train operators on quality standards and best production practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2/3) in Industrial Engineering or Quality.
• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial quality role, preferably automotive.
• Fluency in English.
• Good written communication skills.
