Real Estate Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Manager will lead the development and implementation of real‑estate strategies for the Moroccan market, supporting brand expansion and managing the equity property portfolio. This role works closely with brand teams, the Head of Real Estate Morocco, and external partners to secure sites, negotiate leases, and optimise property costs.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and align the real‑estate strategy for Morocco with overall business objectives.
• Identify, acquire and hand‑over new sites for construction, ensuring pipeline readiness.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements related to property operations.
• Monitor lease negotiations, including rental reductions and contract terms.
• Forecast restaurant openings and track monthly pipeline and AOP accuracy.
• Lead the acquisitions team, coordinating with franchise partners, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Assess financial viability, conduct feasibility studies and manage planning and legal processes for acquisitions.
• Produce pipeline reports and ensure accurate issuance of IFA documentation.
• Develop cost‑effective real‑estate solutions, balancing lease versus ownership decisions.
• Establish best‑practice negotiation strategies to minimise property cost inflation.
