Real Estate Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a leading property management and lettings agency in Manchester. You will act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle and ensuring a smooth, compliant rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for maintenance requests from tenants and landlords, coordinating issue resolution.
• Maintain full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all properties.
• Manage tenancy renewals and rent reviews from start to finish.
• Coordinate end‑of‑tenancy inspections, check‑outs and related administration.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate tenancy, compliance and property records using property‑management software and internal systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in residential property or lettings administration.
• Strong administrative, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive communication style with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
