About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Agadir location. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a warm, professional atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front‑desk calendar.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Provide information about services and respond to guest requests promptly.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer‑service orientation.
- Organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
