About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team in Tanger as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome by greeting guests upon arrival, verifying reservation details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Support efficient check‑out by verifying charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Provide comprehensive hotel and local knowledge, including room types, rates, promotions, and area attractions, to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel services through up‑selling techniques, recommending amenities and packages to maximize revenue.
• Delight guests by promptly responding to requests, resolving concerns with care and urgency, and managing messages and communications effectively.
