About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Agadir. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in guests efficiently using the OPERA reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with a high level of service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and front‑desk correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and billing information.
Required profile
- Hospitality diploma (Bac+2 or higher) in hotel management.
- Proven experience in a high‑end hotel environment.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the OPERA hotel management software.
