About the role
Join TELUS's Global Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Analyst. You will provide flexible, efficient support to recruiters and candidates, ensuring smooth onboarding and a high‑quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard newly hired team members and coordinate relocation assistance.
- Create new job postings in the applicant tracking system and publish them on external job boards.
- Capture candidate applications, update their status in Jobvite/Workday, and manage referrals.
- Schedule screening calls and interviews in collaboration with recruiters.
- Complete background checks and support other administrative tasks such as hire‑process steps in Workday and payments.
Required profile
- Very good spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, positive, and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of maintaining high data integrity.
- Customer‑service experience is a plus.
