Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Yazaki, a global automotive supplier, is expanding its team at the Meknes plant and seeks a Recruitment Specialist to lead blue‑collar hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for blue‑collar positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection and onboarding coordination.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified blue‑collar candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience and overall suitability.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and align recruitment activities with internal processes and Smart Recruiters requirements.

Required profile

• BAC+5 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in companies with large employee populations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
