Regional IT Manager – Middle East and Africa

About the role

We are looking for a Regional IT Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of IT services across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Casablanca, the role will ensure robust, secure and scalable technology solutions that align with global policies while meeting regional business needs. You will act as a key liaison between the global IT organisation and local teams, driving collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and develop a regional team of IT professionals, conduct performance reviews and set objectives.
• Manage the regional IT budget, allocate resources and monitor progress of projects.
• Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, servers, laptops and other equipment in partnership with global infrastructure teams.
• Ensure availability, reliability and security of all IT systems, and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Enforce corporate IT security standards, monitor network and endpoint security, and respond to security incidents.
• Guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as HIPAA and PCI DSS.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with regional objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering IT services at regional scale.

• Server administration and hardware management.
