Regional Manager – Fez

About the role

We are looking for a strong leader to manage Glovo’s operations in Fez, Morocco. The Regional Manager will drive growth, oversee partner relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team that manages existing partners and city operations, driving them to success.
• Collaborate with the Head of Regions and functional heads to define and implement sales, growth, and operational strategies.
• Build and mentor an account‑management team, setting performance targets and fostering development.
• Continuously improve service quality, monitor market trends, and maintain operational excellence.
• Develop detailed reporting models to support strategic and operational decisions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business development, start‑ups or similar roles.
• Proven track record of meeting challenging KPIs and delivering projects.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers and ability to influence business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in French, Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel several days per month across owned cities.
