Remote Bookkeeper for Multi‑Entity Operations

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to support our multi-entity operations spanning the UAE and Europe. The role is fully remote and ideal for finance professionals who enjoy maintaining precise records across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Track and organise invoices and receipts for UAE and European entities.
• Match payments to the appropriate company and payment processor.
• Maintain clear and accurate financial records across the multi-entity structure.
• Reconcile transactions and promptly flag any discrepancies.
• Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and easily retrievable.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities or currencies.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with UAE and European financial/payment systems.
• Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks (or similar).
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
