Remote CMS Developer (Contract/Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain custom content management system solutions. The role is fully remote and operates on a contract/full‑time basis, collaborating daily with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver secure, high‑performance web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale customized CMS applications, building custom themes, modules, and plugins from scratch.
• Implement responsive designs, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and conduct performance tuning.
• Set up custom post types and fields to provide an easy editing experience for non‑technical users.
• Maintain site security, data protection, user authentication, regular backups, and software updates.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and integrate third‑party APIs, CRM systems, and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back‑end developers, and content stakeholders to meet brand guidelines and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain clean code and technical documentation for future reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on CMS technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate updates via project‑management tools.
