Remote GTM Engineer & AI Automation Specialist

About the role

The Global Talent Co. is building an AI‑fluent talent network and needs a hands‑on GTM Engineer to design the systems that drive growth. This remote, full‑time position works directly with the founders and offers high ownership to create the revenue stack from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale GTM infrastructure across sales, marketing, and product.
• Build AI agents and LLM‑powered workflows that automate key funnel stages.
• Integrate and orchestrate tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified revenue system.
• Transform product and user data into actionable growth signals.
• Design intelligent workflows: lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, and onboarding flows.
• Define AI usage throughout the customer lifecycle and partner with founders on growth experiments.

Required profile

• Proven track record building systems that directly impact growth or revenue.
• Strong systems thinking with an end‑to‑end mindset.
• Hands‑on experience creating workflows via APIs, automation platforms, or code.
• High ownership – ability to move from idea to measurable impact quickly.

Required skills

• CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce
• Automation tools: n8n, Zapier, Make
• LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks
• Python or lightweight scripting for custom integrations
• Data pipelines and analytics
