Remote Sales Team Lead – French Market

About the role

Vendana is looking for a Remote Sales Team Lead to head its French market operations. In this hands‑on leadership position you will inspire a team of Sales Executives, ensure high‑quality customer experiences and drive revenue growth while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives supporting the French market.
• Monitor team performance, sales activity and key commercial KPIs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and mentoring to improve conversion and handling of objections.
• Drive revenue growth by ensuring excellent sales execution and customer experience.
• Support the team in handling complex, urgent and emotionally sensitive client situations.
• Identify performance gaps and implement practical coaching and development strategies.
• Contribute to sales strategy development and process improvements for the French market.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to align business objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in French (C2) and English.
• Previous experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales teams.
• Proven sales track record with strong commercial results.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented leadership style with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work.
• Experience in international, customer‑facing or fast‑paced service environments is a plus.
