About the role

Join Marriott International as a Reservations Agent in Fes, Morocco. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book, modify, or cancel their stays, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the first phone call.

Key responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability, rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
• Document special requests and accommodate them in the reservation system.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and input correct codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates, and wholesale reservations.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Provide accurate information about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and support a positive team environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
