Reservations Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests interested in Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. You will manage inquiries from the initial contact through to a seamless arrival, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) with courtesy and efficiency.
• Promote room categories, suites, packages, and hotel experiences to maximize revenue.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both properties, including rooms, amenities, dining venues, spa services, and local experiences.
• Enter, modify, and confirm bookings in the property management system while adhering to Four Seasons standards.
• Provide personalized service, addressing special requests and ensuring accurate guest information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel reservations or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills in English, with a service‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for reservations.
