Residence Manager

About the role

The Residence Manager is the on‑site leader responsible for the daily operations of a 20‑apartment short‑term rental building in Casablanca. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth arrival, stay, and departure while keeping the property in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and act as the main liaison throughout their stay.
• Maintain high property standards by coordinating housekeeping and ensuring each apartment is guest‑ready.
• Handle guest communications across booking platforms, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Oversee supplies, purchasing, and day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Report regularly to management on operational performance and any issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, property management, or customer service.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; Spanish or English a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Availability for flexible hours, including check‑ins outside standard office times.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as messaging apps.
• Experience using OTA (online travel agency) platforms.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications for tracking supplies and operations.
