About the role

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to provide on‑site technical support and maintenance for IT and telecom infrastructure at a client location in Morocco. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, system audits and collaboration with local teams to ensure reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide on‑site technical support for IT infrastructure and telecom systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.
Document all maintenance activities and generate required reports.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT & Telecom sector.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
