About the role

The Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Leader will coordinate all maintenance activities on production equipment for a leading international automotive group. The role ensures equipment reliability, availability and efficiency while complying with safety, quality, cost and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician team, setting priorities and evaluating performance.
• Plan, organise and monitor preventive, ordinary, extraordinary and improvement maintenance work.
• Define, update and follow preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Track key performance indicators (safety, quality, productivity, equipment availability) and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Control the maintenance budget, manage spare parts, materials and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Plant Quality, HSE and other functions to ensure production continuity.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in electrical engineering, mechanics, electromechanics or a related field.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment, especially high‑capacity presses (200‑2000 t) and servo systems.
• Previous experience coordinating maintenance teams, even on a short‑term basis.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
