Responsable Cybersécurité H/F

About the role

The client, a leading hospitality group in Morocco, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead the development and execution of its information security strategy. Reporting to the IT Directorate, you will be responsible for safeguarding the organization’s digital transformation initiatives and protecting its technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, deploy and continuously improve the company’s cybersecurity policy.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to information systems.
• Implement prevention, detection and response mechanisms for security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, frameworks and regulations.
• Coordinate security audits and follow‑up on remediation actions.
• Raise awareness and guide employees on security best practices.
• Lead cybersecurity projects and support broader IT transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the Business Continuity Plan and disaster recovery procedures.
• Oversee the administration of IT infrastructure, manage equipment obsolescence and ensure availability, performance and security of technical environments.

Required profile

• Higher education in computer science, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and IT governance.
• Proven experience in managing technical and organizational projects.
• Solid understanding of system, network and security infrastructures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive change.
• Highly organized, analytical, autonomous and proactive.
