Responsable de synthèse Architecture EE

About the role

The EE Architecture Synthesis Lead will drive the definition, validation and management of electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures for vehicle projects. Based in Rabat, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure system specifications align with the overall E/E strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and validate system specifications against the E/E architecture.
• Lead applicative architecture activities, including network synoptic definition (LIN, CAN, VAN) and Service Data Parameter (SDP) adaptations.
• Manage the E/E complexity matrix, track its evolution and report milestones.
• Perform I/O allocation using Balli and Louise tools.
• Design and oversee DC power distribution, battery/alternator balance, and conduct dynamic simulations (alternator behavior, voltage drop).
• Prepare and control technical deliverables, project planning and milestone reviews.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and mandatory rules.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis at ECU level and lead technical review meetings.
• Assess engineering change impacts (ECR) and manage configuration in PLM tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electronics, Embedded Systems or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in automotive E/E architecture and systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of the V‑cycle development process and system requirement analysis.
• Proven experience in technical project management, including PDP milestones and change impact assessment.
