Responsable d'équipe Coordination International IT (F/H)

About the role

Join VINCI Energies' Information Systems division as the International IT Coordination Team Lead. You will drive collaboration across a network of 55 IT managers and 500 digital ambassadors, supporting the group’s digital transformation worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and animate a global network of IT managers and digital relays through meetings, webinars, workshops, onboarding sessions, and field visits.
• Coordinate the rollout and adoption of group‑wide IT solutions, ensuring alignment with regional satellites in North America, APAC, and Europe.
• Gather and prioritize needs from IT managers, feeding them into the IT roadmap in partnership with governance bodies.
• Lead a direct team of four, managing organization, planning, budgets, communication, and reporting.
• Drive a competency‑building program for future IT teams, preparing candidates for integration and responsibility.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately once a month.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems, including management responsibilities.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise information systems and digital tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• Strong relational abilities and capacity to unite diverse teams.
• Proactive, rigorous, service‑oriented, and innovative mindset.
