Responsable Gestion Patrimoniale – Family Office

About the role

AXA Assurance Maroc is seeking a senior professional to lead its Family Office activities in Marrakech. The role focuses on delivering bespoke wealth management solutions to high‑net‑worth clients, covering financial, fiscal and succession planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high‑potential private clients.
• Guide clients in structuring, growing, optimizing and transferring their wealth.
• Design and propose innovative, comprehensive wealth solutions.
• Provide personalized advice with a high level of confidentiality.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, business, wealth management or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management or a family office.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and a premium service mindset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, result‑orientation and ability to grow a portfolio.
• Rigorous, transparent and discreet professional conduct.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of financial products and patrimonial solutions.
• Understanding of fiscal and legal issues related to wealth.
