Responsable prospection (Casablanca)

About the role

The Business Unit Supeco is expanding its real‑estate portfolio and is looking for a Prospecting Manager based in Casablanca. Reporting to the Expansion Directorate, you will lead the search and acquisition of new store locations to support the group’s retail growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential store sites.
• Analyse market data and local/regional trends to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners.
• Prepare and present proposals to the Business Unit Management and the Investment Monitoring Committee.
• Obtain required administrative authorisations.
• Achieve targets for the number of signed lease agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial prospecting and field work.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with public and private real‑estate actors.
• Result‑oriented with good communication and organisational skills.
