Responsable prospection – Casablanca

About the role

The Business Unit Supeco is expanding its prospecting department in Casablanca. Reporting to the Expansion Direction, the Responsable prospection will drive the growth of the real‑estate activity by identifying and securing new store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential store locations.
• Analyse market needs and trends at local and regional levels using market studies.
• Lead negotiations on lease terms with property owners.
• Present proposals to the Business Unit Direction and the Investment Monitoring Committee for approval.
• Obtain all required administrative authorisations.
• Achieve defined targets for the number of new leases signed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial prospecting and field work.
• Strong commercial and financial analysis abilities.
• Familiarity with public and private real‑estate actors.
• Good understanding of market development, competition and commercial opportunities.
• Result‑oriented with strong relational, communication and organisational skills.
