About the role
We are looking for a Prospection Manager to join our Supeco business unit in Marrakech. Reporting to the Expansion Direction, you will help grow our real‑estate activity by leading the search for new store locations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a database of potential properties.
- Analyze the Business Unit’s needs using local and regional market knowledge and market studies.
- Negotiate lease terms with property owners.
- Present proposals and obtain approval from the Business Unit management and the Investment Monitoring Committee.
- Submit required administrative authorizations.
- Achieve the target number of new store locations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial prospecting and field work.
- Strong commercial and financial analysis abilities.
- Familiarity with public and private stakeholders.
- Good understanding of market dynamics, competition and commercial development opportunities.
- Result‑oriented with strong relational, communication and organizational skills.
