About the role
The Business Unit Supeco is expanding its real‑estate portfolio in Morocco. Reporting to the Expansion Directorate, the Prospection Manager will lead the search and acquisition of new store locations in Marrakech and the surrounding region.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential store sites.
- Analyse market data and conduct regional studies to identify opportunities aligned with business unit needs.
- Lead negotiations on lease terms with property owners.
- Present proposals to the Business Unit Management and the Investment Monitoring Committee for approval.
- Obtain all required administrative authorisations.
- Achieve monthly and yearly targets for signed lease agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in commercial field prospecting and on‑site negotiations.
- Strong commercial and financial analysis capabilities.
- Good knowledge of public and private real‑estate actors in Morocco.
- Result‑oriented with strong relational, communication and organisational skills.
