About the role

The Site HR Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for the Berrechid site, ensuring that induction and ongoing learning meet both local and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of training services according to departmental plans.
• Manage induction trainings, covering planning, logistics, execution, data collection and evaluation.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses and develop suitable programs.
• Design, create and deliver training curricula, materials and assessments.
• Provide expert advice on training matters to HR colleagues and business units.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, processes and tools.
• Maintain accurate training data, performing regular cleansing as required.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support and lead global and local training initiatives and roll‑outs.
• Continuously improve training processes, introducing innovative best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training or learning & development.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and change‑management abilities.
• Result‑orientation, motivation, resilience and self‑organization.
• Conflict‑management and teamwork skills.
