Revenue Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the role drives revenue growth and maximizes profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance and demand patterns to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Develop accurate forecasts and budgets for the property.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report results.
• Implement pricing and inventory strategies across all distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations to align commercial objectives.
• Support the hotel’s financial goals through data‑driven decision making and revenue optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of progressive revenue management experience in a luxury hotel, resort or hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue performance.
• Expertise in forecasting, pricing strategies, market analysis, budgeting and distribution channel management.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, business intelligence tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to influence stakeholders through effective communication.
• Fluency in English required; French and Arabic highly preferred; eligible to work in Morocco.
