About the role
We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive revenue growth and maximise profitability for this luxury property.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop accurate forecasts, budgets and pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust inventory to optimise occupancy and ADR.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations to align commercial objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of progressive revenue management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial acumen.
- Fluency in English; French and Arabic highly preferred; eligible to work in Morocco.
Required skills
- Proficiency with revenue management systems.
- Experience using business intelligence tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
