Road Operation Administrator

About the role

The Road Operation Administrator ensures the smooth and efficient movement of goods across road networks. You will plan optimal routes, monitor vehicle and driver performance, and guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role is central to delivering reliable logistics services for CEVA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound ground shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Design cost‑effective transport routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and drivers to optimize delivery plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
• Manage communication regarding delays, cancellations, and operational issues.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance to streamline logistics processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in road freight or transport logistics.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of road freight transportation in Morocco.
• Understanding of international trade regulations between Morocco and Europe.
• Experience with transport management software and tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
