Sales and Customer Assistance Representative

About the role

Premium Transfers And Tours Travel is looking for a motivated Sales and Customer Assistance Representative to join its Casablanca team. The role combines outbound sales outreach with inbound customer support, requiring flexibility to work both day and night shifts while delivering excellent service in English.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers and qualify leads.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Required profile

• Based in or willing to commute to Casablanca, Morocco.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a travel/tour operating company.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including full rotation on day and night shifts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving abilities.
